Photoshop + Projector
This is a pretty basic concept I grabbed some images from Tumblr and to avoid bloody copyright I doubled/flipped around and rotated the images to give a kaleidoscope effect. (I've done a post on this technique before) then wore a plain shirt and projected the patterns onto me!
