HEY TOKYO - PART ONE

I'm Wearing: White Pepper dress, ASOS denim jacket with customised pockets, DIY fur bag and Converse

Next up on my travels was Tokyo!

Day 3 in Tokyo was bright and sunny which was a nice change since Osaka was wet n windy. To start our week in Tokyo we headed to Tokyo Dome (baseball stadium/mini theme park/shopping centre). We did what every tourist does which is grab a Starbucks (absolute eye roll I know) and watched the roller coaster do its thang. Not only does the roller coaster have an almost vertical drop but it goes through the shopping centre. This was my second visit to Tokyo Dome and I still wasn’t feeling that massive almost vertical drop so I did what every lil baby does and back out.

The weather was still fabulous by mid day so we decided to check out Asakusa Sensoji Temple which is an ancient Buddhist temple and is also the oldest temple in Tokyo. After exploring the temple and the markets I ordered a big ol bowl of fried rice for lunch. It was 'just okay' if you were wondering.

We finished the night in Shibuya, I ate another big bowl of food but this time it was dreamy carbonara pasta. (very traditional I know)
After roaming the streets of Shibuya we finished the night walking across the biggest crossing in the world dreaming of our beds in our cupboard apartment.

Love Alex
